Cancellation and Refund Policy

All Cancellation requests need to be sent in written on email from the same email id which was used to make booking and have to be reconfirmed by replying our cancellation confirmation email. Refund for cancellation may vary for the various services booked and as per our policy below: If booking is cancelled 45 days prior to arrival date, whole advance payment is eligible for refund deducting the transaction charges for receiving advance payment, sending refund, any cancellation charges levied by airlines for flight ticket cancellation, train ticket cancellation charges by Indian Railways and cancellation charges by hotels booked. If booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be made out of advance payment given to us.

Refund Process may take up-to 30 working days depend on mode of Advance payment received and time required to collect cancellation charges from Hotels, flights, Trains etc. Refund will be made by the same mode payment is received, if not possible then alternate mode can be used like wire transfer or online transfer using some other third party tools which may vary case to case and depending on country of guest.
